大公報記者調查發現，「街招黨」以公司化運作，一條龍經營，由印刷、製作到定點張貼、擺設，以至定點清除街招避責，十分有組織，月入可高達百萬元。有「街招黨」甚至為爭位擺放易拉架，幾乎大打出手，有人則為招攬生意，肆無忌憚亂貼街招，阻塞街道亦有礙觀瞻，更滋擾市民。立法會議員促請食環署加強執法，重整市容。大公報記者 盛德文（文） 調查組（圖）
